At first, I wasn’t sure want to expect from hypnotherapy, but my experience with Recodehypnotherapy far exceeded any expectations. Sandra is kind, thoughtful and patient. Was able to provide helpful insight into problems I was facing and help me come to conclusions on my own which was very powerful. I left my session feeling a sense of calm I had not felt in a long time with concrete tools to continue to find this feeling on my own. She is a wonderful guide in a mindful journey and I would recommend these services to anyone struggling with anything- seemingly big or small, it is worth it!

Tuve una sección con Sandra 4 semanas atrás fue mi primera experiencia en hipnoterapia me ayudó mucho con una depresión muy fuerte que no me dejaba en paz realmente me cambio la vida.
anterior mente tuve secciones con psicología y realmente no miraba cambios en mi,seguía atrapado en el pasado y Sandra me liberó de ese infierno, el pasado ya no existe vivo el presente disfruto cada momento con los pies en la tierra y el futuro será mucho mejor lo recomiendo 100%
